Coaching for Autistic Clients

This course introduces a neurodivergent-affirming approach to coaching autistic clients, focusing on strengths, autonomy, and sustainable behavior change. Coaches will learn how sensory processing, communication styles, and executive functioning impact engagement, and how to adapt coaching strategies accordingly. Through practical tools, case examples, and guided exercises, participants will build skills to create supportive, client-centered environments that foster trust, self-advocacy, and meaningful outcomes.
